EAP Schedule

EAP Malaysia is the leader of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, a first training consisting of 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is needed before beginning work with a youngster with autism after which regular fortnightly otherwise weekly guidance is offered via regular overlaps and group meetings.

In addition, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the children that took part in the intensive behavioral therapy were able to capture up and take part efficiently in typical institution.
