If you do not set up the Allow internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the usage of added optional connected experiences in Office policy to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is copilot free now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for the majority of individuals that are qualified for Copilot Chat across the web, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can also transform the pinning settings of Copilot Chat for users in Microsoft Teams with the Teams admin center: Designate an application setup policy with Copilot Conversation in the pinned applications to users with an Entra account.

To assist enhance the quality of feedbacks, Copilot Chat can use internet search queries sent to the Bing search solution to ground actions in the latest details from the internet. Copilot comes with a CRM, notification center, powerful approval controls, and essential applications for messaging, invoicing, file-sharing, agreements, and forms.
