Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat

You can manage web search in Copilot Conversation by using the Enable web search in Copilot plan, which is available in Cloud Plan service for Microsoft 365 The Enable web search in Copilot policy is also offered in the settings area of the Copilot Control System web page in the Microsoft 365 admin facility.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for the majority of users who are qualified for co pilot or copilot Chat throughout the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also change the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for customers in Microsoft Teams through the Teams admin facility: Designate an application setup policy with Copilot Conversation in the pinned apps to users with an Entra account.

To help enhance the high quality of reactions, Copilot Chat can utilize web search inquiries sent out to the Bing search solution to ground responses in the most recent details from the internet. Copilot comes with a CRM, alert facility, effective consent controls, and important apps for messaging, invoicing, file-sharing, agreements, and forms.
