EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that sign up in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill once a week with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Elder Guidance meetings for the children on their caseload.
