Handle Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat

If you do not set up the Enable web search in Copilot policy, web search is readily available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Allow the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Expectation for most users that are eligible for Copilot Chat throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly picked 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also unattended the 'Enable individuals to be asked whether they wish to pin it' option, your setup setup is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still won't have copilot portal reviews pinned in their navigating bar.

The Allow web search in Copilot plan also permits you to manage web search for users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot permit.
