EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early autism Rate in malaysia Task (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they satisfy regular with their Elderly Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise month-to-month Elder Guidance meetings for the kids on their caseload.

Additionally, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the kids that participated in the extensive behavioural therapy were able to catch up and get involved efficiently in typical institution.

Each youngster at EAP is designated a team of therapists that are monitored by a Supervisor on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year.
