THE WILDE-QUEENSBERRY CASE
TRUE BILL RETURNED

At the Old Bailey to-day the grand jury returned a true bill against the Marquis of Queensberry for libelling Mr. Oscar Wilde - Sir E. Clarke, Q.C., and Mr. Mathews will prosecute, and Mr. Carson, Q.C. and Messrs. C.F. and A. Gill will defend. The case will be on the judge's list for to-morrow.
