If you do not configure the Enable web search in Copilot plan, web search is readily available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the use of added optional connected experiences in Workplace plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is copilot app free now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Expectation for a lot of users that are eligible for Copilot Conversation across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also unchecked the 'Permit individuals to be asked whether they intend to pin it' choice, your setting configuration is 'Do not pin' and your users still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.

To help enhance the high quality of reactions, Copilot Conversation can utilize web search inquiries sent to the Bing search service to ground responses in the current info from the internet. Copilot includes a CRM, alert facility, powerful authorization controls, and necessary applications for messaging, billing, file-sharing, agreements, and forms.
